Yizkor Service on Shavuot
Wednesday, May 15, 2013
10:30 a.m.
Lakeside Congregation for Reform Judaism
(1221 County Line Road, Highland Park)

Jewish tradition tells us that four times during the year, in addition to the anniversary of the death of a loved one, we are to recall the memories of those who have died. These four times, known as yizkor (remembrance), coincide with major holidays on the Jewish calendar. The holiday of Shavuot is a day on which yizkor is traditionally recited.  We will share our service with Lakeside Congregation and hope you will join us. Contact Rabbi Elder with questions.
